Chinese Civilization - Is It Out Of Control On All Levels?

We have sure heard a lot about China lately and much of it has been bad news. Things such as their stock market correction (crash) and their manipulation of their currency. It is not hard to imagine further problems that even their 11.8% growth cannot fix. Right now their stock market stocks are trading at 70 times earnings, remember the Silicon Valley bubble burst. US stocks are trading at 17 times earnings. Needless to say there is a huge potential downside in China.
