Understanding Marriage - Biblical Truth And Good Advice About Relationship And Structure In Marriage

Christian Marriage is the model from which western marriage is explained. The unique “one-flesh” relationship and family structure described by Jesus Christ and the early church writers create the godly marriage, where both husband and wife are able to resist the seduction of worldly ideas and destructive temptations.

As western culture forgets its roots, the wonder of marriage is lost. Cheap and shallow connections, involving exploitation, insecurity, betrayal and pain then become the norm. In order to reverse that, and rediscover godly marriage that works, we need to have marriage explained clearly, in terms of the Christian marriage, so the most effective relationships can be established. Relations Initiated By Our Language - Bless Your Relations Partner, Fake It Till You Make It

Our existence is always in relation to something and this “something” must be expressed in the language, as without being conveyed in a language this “something” ceases to exist for us. It can be phrased this way: our life, reality and world exist only in the language.

The wise men of eastern theories say: “life and death is in awareness”. And what is this consciousness if not an inner conversation (word) regarding (my) self perception.

Help! I Hate My In-laws (but Love My Spouse)

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, “You’re not just marrying him, you’re marrying his family.” If you cringe and bite your nails to the quick when you hear it now, we really need to talk.

When you said “I do,” you were just referring to the blushing bride across from you, right? Her family was in the audience (sniffling or sobbing or wringing their hands), but you only agreed to marry that one individual, the one you chose. So why are you now bound to these other people, people you wouldn’t sit next to on the subway if you had your choice?
