Maintain Ideasl Weight And Prevent Diabetes

Diabetes is a preventable disease.  85% of the American population has a preventable disease!

85% of the American population has a preventable disease!  That is a pretty scary statistic.  I recently went to see Dr. Oz speak for the Susan Byrnes Health Education Center in York, PA.  I was impressed with his presentation, and he said one thing that really had an impact on me.  Dr. Oz said that we spend far too much money in this country on looking for cures for diseases like cancer or diabetes.  The money would be better spent on prevention.  Early detection is one thing, and early prevention is another thing.  Type-two diabetes is a preventable disease.  In most cases, it is a product of diet.  You can prevent or even reverse diabetes and prediabetes with proper nutrition.

awake. You worry that you will never get to sleep and that your lack of sleep
will make it hard to get through your day tomorrow. If this is a common pattern
for you, you may be suffering from the symptoms of insomnia.
