A recent study, called the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI), found that risks outweigh benefits. The WHI found that Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) drugs caused increases in breast cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and blood clots. The risk to an individual woman may be small, but the number of cases occurring in the population at large is significant.

Diet pills are not a miracle cure towards weight loss.In some cases they can also present dangerous risks to health.Don’t be fooled into thinking that diet pills are the answer to your weight loss goals.

Many diet pills are marketed as being some kind of miracle cure for weight loss, and often claim amazing results. All of us have at some point been told that we should not believe everything that we read. This rule should apply just as much to the sales hype that comes with diet pills. The main question that regularly crops up is, do diet pills work and what sort of side affects may materialise?
