Next, is the property a real dump? You want a house that’s in not-so-great condition, that’s the point of fixing it up, but what if it’s literally falling apart? If all’s well, and you’ve won the auction, begin the process of fixing it up. Fix it up, re-model it, and then sell it on the market for incredible turnaround profits.
